Ingwane FM is a community radio station that operates in the Eastern Cape old Transkei region, based in Mthatha.
The brainchild of five journalists also based in Mthatha.
It aims to bring awareness on issues of public governance; Programmes and implementation strategies aimed at enlightening rural communities as the target area is predominantly rural.
This enables rural communities to be aware of service delivery initiatives; which address their needs and refrain from civil disobedience and negative attitude
