Rocket was launched way back on August 27, 1996 at 14:00.
If you were tuned in to 95.3 FM at that time the first song you heard was the Ramones' "Do you remember Rock 'n' Roll Radio".
With that track the Rock Home of Stockholm was reborn. Rocket has been broadcast every week since.
